Follow the before and aftercare steps for the perfect aesthetic experience
Before your Appointment
• Please book your appointment a minimum of 2 weeks before any holidays and a minimum of 4 weeks before any major events.
• Please avoid alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before your appointment as this can thin your blood, meaning you will be more likely to bruise
• If you are taking any medication that can thin your blood, please avoid these for 24 hours before. Please consult with your GP before pausing any prescribed medication and contact me if you are at all unsure.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment and attend the clinic alone. If you bring a friend or family member they will have to wait elsewhere until your appointment is finished.
• Please avoid makeup on the day of your appointment to ensure the risk of infection is kept as low as possible.
• Stay upright for 2 hours after your treatment and avoid leaning to one side (for anti-wrinkle patients)
• Do not put pressure on or massage the area injected
• Do not put makeup or cosmetics on the injected area for 12 hours
• Avoid smoking and alcohol for 24 hours after your treatment
• Avoid any heated activities for 24 hours such as saunas, steam rooms or hot showers
• Avoid direct sunlight on the area and sunbed use for a minimum of 2 weeks
• Avoid electrical facial treatments for two weeks
after your Appointment
