This is the clinic building and door you will use to access the clinic

  • You’ll find me at:
    Trafalgar House, 5-7 High Lane, Chorlton, M21 9DJ. 

    (Just an FYI - Apple Maps and Uber take you to my old clinic address, so make sure it's the above one)

    The door is on the left hand side of the building as you face it, just buzz Joy by Sophie when you arrive and wait for me to let you in. 

    I don’t have waiting space at the clinic so please don’t arrive more than five minutes early or you may have to wait outside

  • There’s parking in the main car park, just let me know you need the permit (I just need to get it back before you go!)

    There's also lots of on street parking on Cross Lane and High Lane less than a 3 minute walk to the clinic.

  • You will receive some forms once your booking has been made, please complete these as soon as possible to ensure there are no delays to your treatment.

  • Of course - if you need to move your appointment you can do so on my Timely site, just click here. Just log in with your mobile number and wiggle your appointment to when you need! 

    You will only be able to move appointments which are more than 48 hours away - if you need to move within this time, the cancellation policy will apply. 

  • For safety reasons, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to carry out your treatment. If you think you're going to be a couple of minutes late, Message me on WhatsApp and let me know.

  • You’ll get a confirmation and reminder via text before your appointment from Timely. If it’s your first visit, you’ll also receive a medical form to complete, please do this ahead of time to avoid delays on the day of your appointment, or to your treatment.

Your comfort means everything to me

  • The clinic is designed to feel cosy and low-stim, no loud music, strong scents or clinical vibes

  • At certain points in your treatment, I may need to use a brighter light for safety and precision, if you think this might be difficult for you, just let me know in advance and I’ll always accommodate where I can

  • You’re welcome to bring headphones, fidget items, or anything that helps you feel grounded.

  • I will ask you to remove any glasses during the treatment, remove heavy jewellery, and put your hair back with a headband if I need to.

  • If you think you might need extra time or breaks during your appointment, just let me know beforehand and I’ll do my best to make it work
